MODULAR SSC AG delivers up to 10,000 sqm of high-quality modular living space per day using a highly automated (>60%) and sustainable production process. Our steel-frame modules are 85% prefabricated, cost up to 30% less, build 70% faster, and have up to 50% better CO₂ performance than traditional construction.

We are a pure producer – not a developer – enabling fast, affordable housing across Europe. Our first pilot project (900 sqm, 50 modules) will be realized in Heilbronn, Germany, by the end of 2025.
